RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE POLICIES
RETURN
I will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise if by any chance you are unhappy with your items. The items for return must be in their original condition: shows no sign of usage. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
Other conditions:
1. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned within 14 days. You must contact me right after you receive the item and report the damage or defect.
2. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Shipping fee for returns are paid by the customers.
REFUND
1. Refunds require proof of purchase. Together with the item for return, please include a copy of the invoice/receipt you got with the original package.
2. Refund, if determined eligible, will be returned in the same amount and card it was originally purchased.
3. Refunds include the taxes originally paid on the item being returned. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
EXCHANGE
Exchange the item for the same style is free, provided that the price of both the original and exchange items are the same. Otherwise, the customer needs to pay the difference. Exchange can only be allowed within the 14 day period from the original receipt date of the package, and following the conditions of the return condition of the item. Items for excchange must be unworn and unwashed. Defective items will be exchanged. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
